Need Pivot Shoes

I purchased those 2 pivot shoes and came to realized I got it a little bigger. I’m hoping to return those and replace into just a bit smaller pivot shoes?

Here’s the pic attached. (Hope it helps?) I have zero idea what the brand our windows are so I’m trying here and there until I get the right size.

Thanks for getting back to us. It looks like you have an older style Simonton pivot bar. We offer a conversion video shown below that works for both Certainteed and Simonton windows that use this type of assembly. Take a look and review the full process below.

If you still have the metal cam from your original pivot shoes, you may be able to reuse them with the new 15-192 shoes you purchased. Keep in mind that some customers have reported needing to shave the front of the shoe down to install it in their window jamb. Review both options to determine what would work best for your window.
