Need Pivot bar from Vinyl Replacement Window

Question

Moved into home that has many older replacement windows. Cannot find any identifying marks, numbers or
names on the windows. As we started to clean them we noticed some pivot bars were broken off at the end. The bar is 2.25" long and the base is 3/4 " wide. The hook is about 3/4 in long.
