OK, Thanks for the extra photos. To be totally safe, you might want to confirm if the other balance in this pair also only has wings on its bottom nylon shoe and not the top nylon attachment; sometimes these wings break off over time, so it's good to be sure. If indeed only the bottom attachment has wings, see our S350-30 Channel Balance. Your stamp option of 2910 is for a window sash in the weight range of 7 through 12 lbs.
