Need Replacement Channel Balance for Alside 70 Series Hung Windows

Please advise on the right part. I have 4 windows this same size, each has a pair of hung windows. So I believe I need to buy 16 total (not sure if the Left and Right are different?).

Hello, I believe we can help you get the right part! It looks like you have either our Series 380 or Series 385 balance. To determine between the two, you'll need to do a bit of measuring. Measure the bottom plastic attachment from heel to toe, as shown below. If the depth is 1", you'll need a Series 380, but if it's 1-3/32" you'll need the Series 385. You'll need to measure just the length of the metal channel to confirm it's length. Let us know if you need any additional help!
