I am looking for the item shown in the attached picture. It is the grey felt lining that goes in the upper rails of my closet doors and the door rides in-between. The felt is missing in one of the rails. The closet opening is 6'1" wide.

Good afternoon! It's hard to tell what you have without more detailed dimensions of the weatherseal itself. That said, browse through our selection of wool pile and let me know if anything here is a possible match.

Did you receive my reply sent on 12/22. I responded with measurements and attachments.
Thank you.

You have quite a selection to choose from. Unfortunately, I do not see the one I need. I measured the base at a width of

Ah, I see. Are you sure you need 1/4" x 1/4"? The measurements of wool pile can get pretty specific, even going into the 1/32" range. What might seem like 1/4" to the naked eye may in fact be something a little more precise. For example, our 58-045 is just 1/32" wider than 1/4". Could that be what you have?

I measured the pile base strip with calipers and it was closer to 1/4" than 9/32". However, the base strip is a bit warped. When flattened and remeasured, it is a bit greater than 1/4". So, it must be 9/32". That said, I now have 6 9/32" options to choose from. Since the doors are almost 30 years old, it's difficult to choose the original pile thickness as I'm sure it's mashed over time. Can you recommend a thickness based on the door dimensions? The door thickness is exactly 1.3" and the inside width (gap) of the upper rail (channel) it rides in is exactly 1.5".

Ah, I see. Thank you for going that extra bit! It is a huge help. Based on your description, I think our 58-099 might be ideal.
