Need Replacement Jordan Window 17" Channel

A handy person from St. Louis County, Missouri says:
Hello,

I am refreshing windows around my house and most all have Jordan ballasts. I need to replace channels like the one I have sent pictures on. Here are the basic dimensions and I have attached a series of pictures.

1/2" channel width
17" channel length
broken tension spring
white plastic clips on both ends of channel, one tang broken

Can you help identify and do you sell replacements?

Thank you!

Greg

Hi Greg, thank you for posting,

It appears you have either our Series 351, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or Series 390, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You will need a 17" balance with a 1640 stamp option.

Please review and let me know if you have any additional questions.
