Need Replacement Lock

Question

Our existing door lock fell into the door itself and we have been unable to retrieve it. I've included pictures and measurements of the door as well as the latches we bought from home depot that did not work. I've also included pictures of the serial number for the door.

Thanks for posting. See our 82-218. I'm pretty confident this is the part you need, but double check the dimensions with your hole spacing to be sure. The 82-218 happens to be the one mortise lock that is often at risk of falling into the door, due to a flaw in its design. This unfortunately happens quite a bit, and we get a lot of customers who run into the same problem. Take a look and see what you think!
