Need Replacement Operator for Andersen roof window RV-21 Series

Andersen has discontinued the RV-21 Kit# 1857430 that Grok tells me I need. It's a 2007 vintage. Etched label says: "SCCO 1804 1/8 mfg 4/18/2007". The operator gearbox is jammed. The motor works fine. Per the picture, the operator gearbox has this number stamped in the lower right corner: 1857402.Thanks for your help!Don

Hi Don. We have seen this Andersen operator before and I am afraid we have no replacement for it. A local hardware store or a site like eBay may be your best bet for tracking this down. I apologize we cannot be of help.
