Need Replacement Sliding Door Sill Weather Strip

Hi,

My sliding glass door had a weather seal on the track that comprised of a plastic cover that snapped over the sill track, and also included a "rubber'ish" weather seal on the outside that sealed against a lip on the underside of the door. Attached is an old picture I found... please ignore my dog's ears. :) I replaced this whole contraption with a metal sill cover, not realizing i had also removed the weather seal. Attached is also a pic of the new metal sill cover w/o any weather strip. Now cold air pours under the door. I cannot find any similar replacement on the internet or in stores. Nor can i figure out my door manufacturer. Can you help me with the sill weathers strip replacement?
