Need Replacement Tilt Cams

A home owner from 27526 says:
Not sure of window brand, I suspect a knock-off. The channel balance has the identification "28B" stamped on it. The tilt cam hook that attached the cam to the bottom of the balance has snapped off. I need cams for 15 windows.

Thanks for writing in. Your old T-Lock Shoe has a groove in the stem that interfaces with the groove in the metal channel of your balance. Unfortunately, both our T-Lock Shoes and Channel Balances lack this particular groove; because of this, you will need to replace not only the old T-Lock Shoe, but the Channel Balance as well. See our S795-28. Go over the dimensions and specifications and let me know if you think this is what you need.
