Need Replacement casement operator

Hello Attached are 3 pics of a casement operator that is defective. I need to identify the correct replacement part for both a LH and LR window (I need one of each).

Your assembly resembles the 39-253LB and 39-253RB operators. Please review the dimensions to confirm a good fit! Also review the 39-529 track slider if needed.
