I have a window balancer that broke, and when it did, it broken the piece that the balancer connects to on the sash as well. I included a picture of the broken side of the sash (IMG_0656.jpg) and the working side (IMG_0654.jpg). Can you tell me how to figure out what part I need to get there?
For the balancer, it is 27" long, and I believe I need a S385-27 or S380-27 balancer based on what the top and shoe of my existing balancer look like. I'm not totally sure which because of the width of the foot, but I believe mine is the wider 15-004. The pictures of the balancer are actually of the working balancer from the other side of the window. The part that broke was the string that is wound through the pulley.
Thanks so much for your help!

Thanks for posting with images. Let's start with your top sash guide. We'd like for you to take a look at our 18-188 for consideration.
Moving on to your channel balance. It seems your bottom balance shoe attachment is 1-3/32" in depth. If this is in fact correct, then go with the S385-27 channel balance with a 2640 option.
