Need Replacements for Phillips Slayton Window Balance

Only numbers on it are 31 5 AX CMC 9.

Measures 32in long.

Looking at your site appears the Series 385-32 would be the correct item. The shoe measures at 1 3/32.

I will need to replace 4 of these

The S385-32 comes with the 19-005 top and 15-004 bottom, so as long as the style and size of those attachment match yours then this should work quite well.
