Hello, looking for Nu-Air part 52-843, I'm pretty sure by Google Lens search. Your system gives 87-233. part needed is 1.75"long. your part is 1.25" long. Can you confirm for me that your shorter part will indeed function properly in its stead? My main concern is the screw holding the frame together that currently has free space in the long slot of the open back of the stock roller housing. The shorter roller housing may not accommodate the structural screw head without modification and some loss of integrity of the housing. 2nd concern is that my stock part is adjustable by 3 heights. Yours appears 1 setting only. Happy New Year.
Thank you

These windows are Nu-Air made in Tampa FL at their Anderson Road location in 2005(?). Very heavy 165mph impact resistant hurricane rated past 1992 Andrew standards. Apparently Nu-Air is no more. These removeable halves are so heavy that as a grown guy I struggle with the larger ones. They're toe smashers.

Hi there. Our 87-233 is the original Nu-Air roller. We haven't been able to find the molder for the new style that was run for a few years for Nu-Air. However, I do believe it will fit your window.
