Need SS screen door roller replacements

Question

We have 16 condos in our building all with 96" tall Windoor doors and sliding screens that are about 15 years old. Over 200 screens with two rollers each as shown below. The roller is nylon, I guess, with SS bearings. 1 and 1/2" diameter and 5/16" wide. The opening in the screen frame is 3/4" wide.

We are an oceanfront building and about half the screen rollers are gummed up with some sort of salt/ AL corrosion and need to be replaced.

No you have anything that could work. This is one from the non-oceanside and it has held up very well.

Unforutnately, we do not carry an exact match for the roller shown in your photos. I believe our best match would be the 81-132 depending on how the housing dimensions below compare to yours. It's not an exact match since our roller has additional dimples on the housing that your part lacks but it does have the same larger protrusion near the front of the housing, so it may not be an issue. This roller is also intended for sliding glass doors but the dimensions would be the determining factor.

Also, note that this roller uses a steel wheel but we offer the 81-236A nylon wheel and 81-310 axle kit if you'd prefer to swap the wheels to hold up against the salt water. I'm sorry that we can't provide a closer match but look over these parts and see what you think. Thank you!
