Hello,
We'd be happy to look into this for you but your corner looks a bit thin. We would need you to write out the exact thickness of the frame opening where the part installs to research your replacement options. Thank you!

Your parts dept had requested the depth of the corner part part I'm seeking.
The inserted portion of the part that enters the aluminum screen frame is
1/4" deep 4/16 which is maybe a 16th less than inside pocket of depth of screen frame
1/2" 8/16th wide

Unfortunately, we were not able to locate a closer replacement for the screen corner shown in your photos. If you'd like to send back the 95-230 corners that you purchased, our return policy can be found here.
