Tom from SWISCO responded:

Based on your stamp, I believe you have a 12" channel balance. Please see our S385-12 channel balance.

Let me know what you think!

A contractor from San Juan Capistrano, CA says:
The 12" balance it too tall. I need a series 385 1020 or 1120 balance. Do you have either of these?

Thanks

Tom from SWISCO responded:
If your "1120" balance does not measure 12" from one end of the metal bar to the other, then the stamp is wrong, and you need to ignore it and measure the balance/window sash. Get us the weight of the window sash and the length of the metal bar, and we will tell you what you need.
