Need Spiral Balance & Shoe it Connects To

Thanks for posting. I think we can help you replace these parts, but I'm going to need a little more information. First, can you provide a picture of the spiral balance removed from the window, as well as a picture of its colored tip and/or attachment? Second, can you provide the diameter and length of the outer tube of the spiral balance, not including the colored tip and/or attachment? This information will help narrow down what you need.

As for the pivot shoe, can you also remove it from the balance and provide a picture, as well as the width and thickness of the shoe? Thanks!
