Hello there!
It looks like you have a tilt window spiral balance. Is the tube diameter 9/16"? If so, our Series 600 would be my pick. Take a look at the specifications and see how they compare with yours.

This looks more like 7/8 to me. Please advise.

I'm afraid they don't make a spiral balance with a 7/8" outer tube diameter. It doesn't appear to be as large as that from looking at your tape measure. With that said, the Series 600 would be our closest option.
