Need Spiral Balances

Thanks for reaching out to us. We don't have a spiral balance that measures 1/2" in diameter. The closest we have is the Series 600 which measures 9/16" in diameter, but is considered 5/8" in the trade. Can you double-check that measurement for us? The 58-pound sashes are very heavy, so I can't promise that we will have balances to support this kind of weight. However, we can investigate it further once the tube diameter is re-confirmed.

Thanks for confirming that, Matt! I have good news: we can supply replacements for your balances via custom order. However, there is a 5-6 week lead time and a 6 piece minimum for each balance. 

I just wanted to address the 26" balance with the E26K stamp and the 58-pound sash. A pair of balances with the E26-K stamp is calibrated to support 47 to 53.99 pounds. However, we can supply a pair of balances with the E26-M stamp to support a sash weighing 54 to 60 pounds. 

If the window has worked this whole time without issue, you could stick with the original stamp but the decision is ultimately yours. Please let us know which stamp you'd like to go with and we can send over a purchase link and price quote.
