I need latches for my storm windows. Please advise if you can provide.

The closest match I was able to find to your old latch was our 91-054 pair. The shape looks almost identical, but our dimensions are a little different compared to yours. Look them over and see if you could still get the 91-054 to work.

Does the 5/8" height dimension just the main body height or does it include the little tabs that project out from the main body?

The 5/8" height does include the tabs, yes. To confirm, I asked my colleague who's still at the shop to run back and measure one. He said that in actuality the measurement is a hair under 5/8", but the manufacturer still considers it 5/8" and labels it as such.
