Need Stronger window sash balance

each window sash measures around 40x27.
I ordered Item # 24-531 Andersen Sash balance 519/523/525/531 based on markings on the old balances, but they were not strong enough to keep the window fully up. I need help finding the right balances. Picture of window etching attached.

I'm afraid the marking on the glass doesn't tell me what you need. Can you show me a picture of the stamps printed on your old balance? Can you also tell me the width and height of the visible glass?
