Need T lock with less than 1/2" depth

Question

The original lock is the light grey on the right , the one the window manufacturer provided as a replacement is the dark one on the left however that one is 1/2" wide at the bottom of the T. The one we require is less than 1/2". The only other one on the site that is less than 1/2" is one that is 15/32" which is still too big.

Please advise whether you sell any that are smaller.

Thanks for posting! It looks like you have a standard T-Lock Balance shoe with a black puck or brake attached to the back of it. However, there is a chance that this could be an older style version.

May I please see a photo of the bottom of the channel you are attempting to install the balance shoe to?
