Thanks for posting. Your balances appear to  be either the Series 351 or the Series 390 Channel Balance.

To determine which of these is the series you'll need, confirm the dimension for the depth of the bottom shoe. It should either be 1" or 1-1/8". Let me know if it doesn't match either measurement.

Once you've determined the series you have, you'll need to select the length of your balance on the list for your series. This measurement is regarding only the length of the metal channel and does not include the attachments.

Then you'll need to select the stamp option needed for your window based on the stamp/marking from the metal channel. If there are no stamps or you cannot cross-reference it with ours, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your window. There is a chart under each specific balance length that lists the stamps and the weight range they can support.

Yes, that is correct. Since it is over 1", it is like the 1-1/8" measurement.

It is likely worn down caused by use of the window over the years.
