Here is a photo of my tilt turn window handle which was broken off.

Please advise asap if you have a replacement part.

That appears to be the same photo as shared above. Did you see the 38-142 that Casey suggested as a replacement? If not, that should be your next step. We have detailed images and photos on its store page that you can use as a reference.
