The sticker on my patio door says Legance 3 Patio Door Type: DDSG Code: TRI-K-36, the track that the rollers rest on has deteriorated, I was surprised to see that it is hollow, The heavy door is getting harder and harder to open/close. What are my options ? can that piece of the threshold be replaced ? please help, we must to be able to get out to the back of our home.
my rollers are fine, it is the track in the threshold that the rollers run across that is failing, it has cracked in places and the door rollers are dipping into the cracks so I have to pull up on door to get it opened and closed, this is getting worse, I have attached a picture, cannot see the worst of it as the door is blacking it.
