Thanks for posting. Please take a look at our 39-187 and 39-188, Truth Casement Operators. Compare the measurements and let us know if they differ in any way.

Did either of those numbers suggested work for you? We have ordered what we thought was the same item but the smaller arm is too small. From the unit to the end of the arm completely extended it's 8.5 inches and the one we ordered is 7.5.

Quick Learner, we had the same exact problem. Did you find 8.50 inch replacement?
