A friend has casement windows identified only as 'Roti' with a curiously shaped R. The weather seals have become gummy and crumbly with age. Can Swisco offer a replacement seal? The fin which sets in the kerf measures 1/4" deep, the attached side 3/8" wide and the other side of the 90° angle 5/16". I did not measure the hypotenuse.
