Need Window Balance

Good morning,
While cleaning a double hung window, both the window balance and its shoe cracked. The windows are more than 10 years old, but in decent shape and I want to just replace the damaged parts. I cannot find information on the manufacturer and I do not see any markings on the parts. If it helps, the sash measures 31.5" wide and 27.5" tall. Please let me know if you can determine what I should order by looking at the pictures. Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out. The shoe in your assembly reminds me of the 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe. I'm confident this will work for the repair but take a look over the specifications and compare them.

The compatible coil spring is the the Series 190 Coil Balance; attached using the 33-073 screw. They are anchored to the window track using the 15-186 Coil Balance Clip and 15-182 Balance Bushing. Take a look at the tutorial below for instructions on how to select the correct coil weight option.
