No sticker or stamp found anywhere on the windows as to who the manufacturer is. This is the balance that uses a pulley system with the spring. Stamped on the balance is "28B", "PV", and "BSIN". Please let me know if this part can still be ordered. I would need 5 of them.
Thanks for contacting us. I believe this is a match for our S795-28 channel balance with a 28B stamp. However, the S795-28 comes with a 1-1/4" wide shoe, while yours looks like it's only 1" wide. With that in mind, I also recommend purchasing our 15-194 and then swapping the shoes out when you receive them. They should pop on and off.
Keep in mind that the S795-28 also attaches to the top of the window using a screw tab, not a hook. If yours uses a hook, let me know.
