Need Window Parts

Question

Hope you are well.
I have a double hung vinyl window in need of upkeep.
I removed the sashes and they each weigh 12.6lbs.
I removed the balance and it is one piece of vinyl with an aluminum balance inside.
The balance channel measures 33" (h) and 1" (w).
This is after I removed the vinyl insert that holds the aluminum balance.

I would like to upgrade, if possible, all the hardware.

Hello,

We believe the balance channel is S751-33 with the 15-197 locking terminal attached, which we can supply through a custom order if the specifications below match yours.

32R is our lightest strength option, but it is calibrated to support a sash between 15-24 pounds. I'd suggest checking the stamp code on your original balances and confirming the sashes weigh exactly 12 pounds. Once we confirm the strength options needed for your balances, we'll also need to know the number of balances you need, with the minimum being two of each stamp code.

The balance hooks at the top of the window track with the 19-029 short S-Clip.

Unfortunately, we are not able to supply your exact pivot bar. The 26-150 is similar, but it attaches on the side of the sash and works with the 15-197. We can't make any guarantees, but review the specifications below and see what you think.
