Need Window Parts

Question

I wonder were the pictures I sent enough to decide which model I buy.
My sash is 17Lb. heavy and 26” high.
I also would like to know how much the spiral bounce tool and the shoe are where the spiral bounce is attached. I need 2 spiral bounces, 2 shoes (if price is within few bucks), one tool.
