Hello,

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see an undamaged channel balance assembly fully removed from the window, including detailed photos of both end fittings and the metal pulley clip, to compare to our inventory. There should also be a stamp code on the metal channel that indicates the spring strength needed to support your window sash.

It also looks like one of your top sash guides may have broken, allowing the balance to shoot above the sash. We would need to see an undamaged guide uninstalled as well to recommend a replacement. We'll relate a few additional videos on this page to help you through the repair process. Thank you!

Good morning and thank you for the quick response. Please refer to the attached file "bedroom Window 07.03.23" as my window frame looks different that what was shown in the YouTube video link that you sent me. Once I have instructions on how to remove the hardware I can send to you with additional photos and measurements. Thank you.

Unfortunately, we do not have a video showing the removal of the exact balance that you have but the process is similar to the steps shown in the non-tilt channel balance removal video shown below.

Good morning and please see attached. Does that help?

Yes, these photos are very helpful. We can supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order due to the length, extended travel pulley system and unique combination of end attachments. Now, we'll just need you to confirm the stamp code on the metal channel of your balances, as well as the umber of replacements that you need with the minimum being two.

Attached is a photo of the stamp number. Can you please provide a quote for four (4)?

Thank you for the quick response!
