Need Window Rollers

Question

Hi, I need help identifying a sliding window tandem roller.
- Dual steel wheels (concave)- Snap-in plastic housing- Approx. 1" wheel diameter- One roller is broken (missing top tab), the other is intact
Can you identify the exact replacement part?

Thanks for posting! This sliding window roller reminds me of the 87-165 Alenco Sliding Window Roller. To confirm that this is the right replacement match, carefully look over the dimensions and compare them.

This roller only has one 7/16" concave wheel. According to our senior expert, the manufacturer only supplies one wheel because each slot in the housing is at a different height, which works to adjust the sash. They don't feel the extra wheel is necessary.

At this time we cannot supply those extra loose wheels for this housing.
