Need Window Spring Rail

Question

Metal part is 27.00 inches long; Markings on part are "26 3 CALDWELL HM"
Part looks like Series 385 Channel Balance, but I am not 100% sure. Hope you can identify it by the markings provided -- else I can send you a pix.

Good morning! I can't be sure if you have a Series 385 channel balance without seeing your nylon attachments and knowing their dimensions. The stamp doesn't help identify Series, only what the balance strength is.

What about the Series 385 aren't you sure about, exactly? Is it the bottom shoe? That's a common point of confusion. It's really just a matter of the depth of the shoe. Check out our 15-004 and 15-005 shoes and see which is closer. If it's the 15-004, then you're likely dealing with a Series 385 balance.
