Need Window balance replacement

Question

I'm a little confused about which part to order.  My part numbers are 26 4 HV CMC 2 and 26 4 IV CMC 9.  I have attached photos of the 26 4 IV CMC 9.  If you need more photos or info please let me know as soon as possible please.  I have to get my window fixed before our closing date of April 15th.  Thank you so much.

With this combination of attachments, you could have either a S380-27 or S385-27 channel balance. You need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need a 2640 spring strength option for your balances.
