Need Window channel balance and spring

Thanks for writing in! Your window balances can be replaced with either the S380-30 or the S385-30 Channel Balance. You'll need to measure the depth of your shoe to confirm which of these is the correct fit for the window.

Since the stamp is no longer visible, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of the sash to confirm the stamp option needed for the replacements. There is a chart below the product description of the balances that lists the weight ranges these 30" balances can support.
