Need Window parts

Question

Dear Team, I live in a condo apartments and I have attached the photos of the dimensions as well as the sash coil weight. I don't know what weights to put in, can you please help me with the below parts questions?

1. window tilt latches
2. pivot lock shoes and what type do i need?

Thanks for reaching out to us. I see the balance assembly in your photos, but not the tilt latch. If you needed that we will also require photos of that. Please let me know if that's something you can get for me.

As for the balance, I recommend our 15-087 pivot carrier and Series 180 coil spring. These appear to match the hardware I see here but you should carefully review our specs to verify.
