Hi there!
Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm not sure if we'll have a suitable replacement for this. The balance is too damaged to be sure, I'm afraid. Can you remove an undamaged version from the window? We'd like to see a photo of the undamaged shoe and how the balance connects to the pivot shoe. I can't make any promises but those details should assist us in confirming.
