Need a Fasco double hook mortise lock

Hello.
I'm looking for a Fasco double hook mortise lock for my sliding glass door. Do you happen to have one that I can order? I can't seem to find one at the stores near my home.

I'm not sure what it is you need, exactly. Can you show me a picture of the part itself? That would be a huge help. Seeing it out of the door would be even better.
