Need a New Sliding Door Handle

I need a new door handle for my sliding glass door. Mine is falling apart. The front of the handle is cracked in several places. Also, the top screw wont screw into anything because the location where it's supposed to screw into on the back handle is also broken. I don't see any numbers or markings on our handle except for the name Dorwal. I'm afraid to take it apart for additional pictures because I'm afraid it will crumble apart or that I'll never get it back together, which would be very bad because we use this door many times a day. If there's any way you can tell what I need from the photos I've attached, I'd really appreciate it. Thank you.
