Need a Window Balance Identification

Question

Hey! I need help finding the right window balance. I know that they are 29-4 (so I know I am looking for 29 inch balances) but I am unsure of the weight. I found block and channel balances on your site have the same clips as mine, but still unsure of the wight and how to figure that out. Both sets of my window balances weight about 1.5 pounds for the pair, but Im unsure of what weight that correlates to for the window. As you can see, I have 2 different window types here (one window is a little bit taller) so I am assuming the weight of one is higher.

Thanks for your photos! Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-30 or S385-30, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.
