Need a balance for Custom Shield by Weathershield Low E3 installed in 2011

I need a new balance for windows with code550551716-2-1 8108, 29 5/8 x 28 9/16. I don't have the code on the actual balance but a few years ago I bought a pair from a dealer and the invoice stated "WS DH 29F Balance, Beige". Do you sell the same item, and if so do I need to buy two if only one is broken? What is the item number and cost?

I am afraid the numbers you have provided does not help us in any way in locating replacement balances. The best way for us to help you would be to see photos of the actual balance (preferably removed from the window). We'd also like for you to provide the length measurement of the balance.
