Need a balance for an atrium window

A quick learner from California says:
Hello,
I have a window made by Atrium that slides up and down. It used to have a tether that snapped off and according to Atrium, I need a balance. They told me size is etched on the metal piece which can be seen in attached picture. Atrium told me Swisco will have this part. I am not able to locate this part using your website. Can someone help me with this.

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window, including both top and bottom attachments. The stamp number indicates the strength that the balance spring requires to keep the window raised but, unfortunately, is not a part number used for identification. Thank you!

I have taken two pictures of each end, one looking down at it and one side ways

See our S395-33. This appears to match what you have. You'll need a stamp option of 3240. Thank you!
