Need a casement window hinge

the Swisco customer guy says you'll probably have the hinge I need. Do you have this?

We don't have this exact hinge but we sell a hinge set that works just as well in its place. See our 36-048. Just note that you'll have to replace the top and bottom at the same time, since they're not exactly the same. The video below will go into more detail.
