Need a coil

Hello! I hope you can help. I need to replace the coils in a vinyl tilt wash window. I was hoping to buy the coil itself only, as that's really the only broken part. There is a number 7 stamped on one of the coils. That's really all the info I have on identifying this thing. I will attach a photo as well. Please let me know if this is available from you.

Hey, Rich. Please see our 15-180 pivot shoe and Series 190 coil spring. I believe you'll find these match quite well. With a "7" stamped on the old spring, I think our S190-740 is what you want.

Thank you!!! I see how to attach the end with the screw in it. However is it easy to attach the other end to where it needs to go??

Sure, replacing this kind of balance system is fairly straightforward. Check out the video below. The specific balance Series is different, but the principle is more or less the same.
