Need a few CMC 11 window balances

Hi, we have 3 windows that need new balances. 2 are the same size and one is a little smaller. They are all Atrium windows and were installed at the same time.

Of all the tops you carry, the tops of the balances look similar to your 19-005 tops and are the same dimensions, but don't look exactly the same. The shoes look similar to your 15-001 shoes and are the same dimensions, but don't look exactly the same.

One size balance is stamped 26 3 LW CMC 11 and is 27" long and the other is stamped 23 3 IW CMC 11 and is 24" long.

Do you think you carry anything that could replace these balances? We haven't had any luck trying to order parts from the manufacturer...

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly! They really only have minor differences, so I'm not sure if they'd interfere with how they work or not. I attached some pictures for you to see. I also forgot to mention yesterday that they're for non-tilt windows and the metal shaft is 1/2" wide, but you may have already figured that out from the rest of the info :)
