Need a few of the crank parts

Question

Each one of my windows have a left and a right opening and it seems like the arms are ok but crank is bad or just the cover to crank is broke and the screw will not close the window with out pushing it from outside.

Thanks for reaching out to us. It looks like your operator is stripped which means you'll need a new one. Take a look at the 39-094 & 39-095 and 39-150 & 39-151 Andersen brand operators. Review the specifications and see which ones align with your old assembly.
