Current handle is 9-3/4 Long x 1"w
Screw holes 4 1/4 ish
Need one with a lock on outside with key and lockable from inside also
Please help

Hello, Jack. I believe you can use our 82-086 as a replacement, but you should double check your hole spacing to be sure that this will work.
