Need a keyed lock

Question

First: given the photos shown can I use the 82-081 to replace my existing handle set so that I can have a keyed lock?

Second: is this all I need or are there other parts I need to purchase? I don?t know what ?Mortise lock and striker sold separately? means.

Hey Dakini. The mortise lock is the door's internal lock--in your case, probably our 82-269. If it's functioning just fine there's no need to replace it, and you should indeed be able to use the 82-081 Keyed Handle Set as a new handle set.
